It has come to our attention that there is a Canadian office selling Grey market cameras. Please note that any cameras not purchased through proper channels will not be serviced by our repair centre. We have the only factory trained technician in Canada and are the only importer of repair parts. Noblex Germany will not sell repair parts to any unauthorized technicians. This is easily controlled by the serial number on the camera. If you are unsure of the status of your camera, please contact us or Noblex Germany directly. Note that some cameras being sold on the grey market have come through Hong Kong and are older model cameras that could have problems with circuitry in the camera.
